#6: Chicken Sauté with Kalamata Olives and Plum Tomatoes

So I totally started to write this blog last week, but then the holidays came around, blah blah blah, excuses. But this is what I made! 

This is the recipe I followed.

Things I've learned:
+The joy of cooking with wine
+Plum tomatoes are not little like grape tomatoes
+Don't add the wine in right away? (I got a little excited...)





Deeeelicious and I'd totally make it again!

On a side note: I am now going vegetarian and the Boy has decided to try it for at least 6 weeks with me starting this Saturday! Well, he'll almost be vegan really....

Anyway, there will be a lot of new, delicious veggie recipes for me to try out!
